Teamfy 250€ Team Giveaway — Participation Conditions

1. Organizer

The giveaway is organized by Teamfy, Luxembourg (the “Organizer”).

It is NOT sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Apple or Google. Any questions must go to the Organizer, not the app stores.

2. Eligibility

Open to teams on the Teamfy Team Wallet plan whose entering representative is at least 18 years old and resident in the EU.

Employees of the Organizer and their households are excluded.

3. Entry period

Entries are accepted from 18 July until 1 September 2026, 23:59 (Europe/Luxembourg).

Entries after the deadline don't count.

4. How to enter

Invite another team to Teamfy from the giveaway screen. One (1) entry is earned for each separate, genuinely new team that you refer to join and actively use Teamfy.

No purchase necessary.

5. Valid referrals / abuse

The following are void:

• Self-referrals
• Duplicate teams
• Fake or inactive teams
• Re-registrations of existing teams
• Any automated or fraudulent entries

The Organizer may verify referrals and disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has breached these conditions. There is no maximum on the number of valid-referral entries.

6. Prize

One (1) prize of 250€, credited directly to the winning team's Teamfy team wallet.

Non-transferable; no cash alternative.

7. Winner selection & notification

One winner is drawn from all valid entries after 1 September 2026. The winner is notified via email.

If a winner can't be verified or contacted within 10 days, the Organizer may draw a replacement.

8. Data protection

The Organizer processes participation data (team identifiers, referral activity) solely to run and verify the giveaway, on the basis of the Teamfy Privacy Policy.

Data is deleted after the giveaway ends.

9. Changes / cancellation

The Organizer may modify or cancel the giveaway if required for legal or operational reasons, without liability, to the extent permitted by law.
